This is Ellen’s second year coaching with Top Gun after years of playing with us. She is excited to come back to a program and group of people she loves while having the opportunity to inspire and motivate young athletes like her coaches did for her. Ellen also played her high school career at Brighton as a captain. Her favorite memories of volleyball include finding some of her best friends and being able to accomplish great things together like winning the division and becoming district champions at Brighton.

 

She wants to teach her team that not everything in life comes down to winning or losing, or what the scoreboard says. And her favorite quote? “Doing what you love is freedom. Loving what you do is happiness,” by Lana Del Rey.
